When an engagement involves comparing a VitalQuery product to another option, our Fair Assessment Pledge applies without exception: we give an evidence-based assessment and will recommend a competing option whenever it is the right answer for the client, even if that means VitalQuery loses the deal. We disclose the affiliation to any client before such an assessment begins.
