Executive Leverage by ALHQ
Get back to the work that grows your business.
For founders, business owners, and executives across industries
ALHQ helps business owners and leaders reclaim time for winning clients and growing revenue. We build and manage systems that keep recurring work moving, so you can focus on growth without chasing every update and next step.
Two working workflows. Setup, testing and training included.
14–21 days after scope, access and kickoff are ready.
Free, with no obligation. Bring one recurring task. We’ll identify a possible starting point and whether the service fits.
The problem
Too much of the business still comes back to you.
You know what needs to move forward. But keeping it moving means another message, another status check, another evening catching up. The cost is more than the task itself. It is the time taken away from the conversations and decisions that help your business grow.
- Following up on updates that should already be in hand.
- Pulling information together before every client meeting.
- Keeping proposals, commitments and next steps from slipping.
- Chasing the details needed to get a new client started.
Work we can help you run
Keep proposals, follow-ups, and client onboarding moving.
Fictional examples
We build workflows around the work your business repeats: preparing proposals, following up with clients, collecting onboarding details, tracking commitments, and preparing decision briefs. We agree which steps the workflow handles and when a person needs to step in.
Open an example to see the input, the prepared work, and the decision that stays with you. These are fictional sample outputs, not a live integration or measured client results.
Client follow-up: a draft ready for your review
What comes in
A client asks for a proposal update before their Friday planning meeting. Your team’s record says the scope is drafted, but the delivery date has not been approved.
Source trail: client message → proposal tracker → follow-up draft.
Prepared follow-up
Owner: Account lead · Review by: Thursday, ahead of the client’s Friday meeting.
Subject: Your proposal update
Hi Jordan, the scope is drafted. We are confirming the delivery date before sharing the proposal. Is there anything else you need for Friday’s planning meeting?
Needs your decision: Confirm the delivery date or approve this holding reply. The draft has not been sent.
When the proposal status changes, the next review uses the updated record. The account lead approves and sends the reply through the agreed process.
Client onboarding: see what is ready and what is missing
What comes in
The agreement is signed. The client has supplied a project contact, but has not supplied the information needed to start. The team wants to arrange kickoff.
Sources: sample agreement status, intake checklist and team update.
Prepared readiness brief
- Ready: Agreement and project contact.
- Waiting on client: Required starting information.
- Next step: Account lead reviews a request for the missing information.
Needs your decision: Resolve the missing information before confirming kickoff. No start date has been promised.
Proposal preparation: review the scope before making a commitment
What comes in
A prospect wants weekly reporting and a monthly review. Discovery notes describe the work, but the price and start date still need agreement.
Source: sample discovery record.
Prepared proposal outline
- Requested work: Weekly report and monthly review.
- Client input: Agreed source records and a review contact.
- Open decisions: Price, start date and final scope.
Needs your decision: Approve the commercial terms. Missing terms remain open rather than being filled in as facts.
The service
Two workflows, set up for your business.
We start with a focused 14–21-day sprint once the scope, access and kickoff are ready. This short engagement puts the first two workflows in place. Together, we choose two recurring processes that take too much of your attention, put a better way of handling them in place, and check the result in real use.
- Indicative pilot budget
- $1,500–$2,500 USD
- Your participation
- Plan for 2–3 hours
- Who does the setup
- ALHQ, with your team
For two scoped workflows. We agree a fixed quote before you commit. Client software subscriptions are additional and disclosed in advance.
Across the sprint, plus a short log of time spent on the work. We confirm the estimate with you when we scope the engagement.
We configure and test the agreed workflows in compatible existing tools. You provide approved access, examples and a person who can make decisions.
- 01
Understand the work.
Walk through recent examples, where work stalls and how much of your time it takes.
- 02
Put the process in place.
Set up the agreed workflows, test normal cases and exceptions, and make responsibilities clear.
- 03
Use it and measure it.
Train the people involved and compare time, corrections and follow-through before and after.
You receive two working workflows, simple instructions, training, a plan for handling problems and continuing work if a workflow fails, and a follow-up review within 14 days of handover.
Our approach
How we check whether it helps
Your implementation is scoped and tested for your business. We measure the time recovered, include the review effort that remains, and show where the process still needs attention.
Beyond the sprint
Support after the sprint
Once the first workflows are useful, we can add others and bring their work together through an AI Ops manager. Ongoing monitoring, maintenance and improvements are optional. We agree the scope, response times and fee separately before you continue.
Common questions
Who is this for?
Founders, business owners and executives across industries whose recurring work keeps coming back to them. The fit depends on the work, how often it happens, and whether your team can give us approved examples and access. Professional services are one example, not an eligibility requirement.
Will this replace my team?
The aim is to take recurring tasks off your team’s plate. We involve the people who will use the workflows and agree which decisions stay with them.
How much time will I get back?
That depends on the work we choose. We compare how long it takes before and after, including time spent checking and correcting the results. We do not promise a fixed number of hours or revenue growth.
What does it cost?
The indicative pilot budget is $1,500–$2,500 USD for two scoped workflows. We confirm the fixed fee, start date and expected software costs before you commit. Additional workflows and ongoing management are quoted separately. The initial 20-minute review is free.
What access do you need?
We first review a sample of the work and check compatibility with your tools. Before setup, we agree the records, permissions and people involved. Start with a description or a redacted example. Do not send passwords or confidential client records through the inquiry form.
What if the workflow needs correction?
We agree the tests and handover criteria before work starts. The sprint includes instructions for handling exceptions and continuing work if a workflow fails, plus a follow-up review within 14 days of handover. If the measured result falls short, we identify the cause and make one bounded revision within the agreed support allowance. Larger changes need a separate scope.
A first conversation
Find a useful place to start.
In a free 20-minute review, we look at one recurring task, what it costs you in time, and whether a workflow could help. If there is a fit, we identify a possible first workflow and explain the sprint.
